Khums is divided according to Islamic law into Sahm-e-Imam, which is distributed under the direction of the Marja or relevant Islamic authority, and Sahm-e-Sadat, which is provided to deserving Sadat in need. All Khums received by Al Sajjadha Trust is handled in full religious compliance and distributed under scholarly guidance to ensure the correct fulfilment of these obligations.
