Women and children walk miles each day to collect water that is often unsafe to drink. Families cook, wash, and survive on contaminated sources. From Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq: “The best charity is giving water.” At Al Sajjadha Trust, we work to bring clean, reliable water to villages that have been overlooked — restoring health, dignity, and a fundamental right.
